About the role
- Manage the assignments of members to primary care dental offices
- Assess member assignments through reporting and regular auditing
- Ensure members are assigned to their appropriate dental home
- Assist implementations by attending meetings with internal and external customers
- Complete all tasks relating to the set-up and maintenance of a new dental home market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred
- 2 years of experience in the health insurance field
- Microsoft Excel – Advanced level
- Microsoft Word - Intermediate level
- Microsoft Access – Intermediate level
- Proven ability to resolve complicated requests requiring numerous steps
- Proven solid logical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and persistence when addressing day-to-day assignments
- Proven ability to learn, study, and master new computer systems
- Proven effective organizational skills
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish in some markets
