About the role

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations for Tele-Interview, Training and Development and vendor teams
  • Communicate effectively with all sites, ensuring a consistent experience for representatives and members
  • Build and establish a new Training and Development team
  • Interact directly with clients and advisors, as required
  • Manage team performance daily ensuring the service and quality objectives are attained
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Team Lead
  • Responsible for employee recruitment to meet business objectives
  • Identify, develop & maintain opportunities for process and system improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • A relentless and demonstrated ability to find customer service and efficiency opportunities
  • Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills that consider the interests of the client and the company
  • Proven skills analyzing data to make sound, data driven decisions
  • University degree or 4-6 years of related work experience
  • LOMA and/or ALU certifications are an asset
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
