About the role

  • Support Sun Life’s CTO Employee Experience Delivery team to provide frictionless technology experiences
  • Develop communication material, service documentation and best practices to support adoption and effectiveness of services
  • Manage peer-to-peer learning and adoption platforms for collaboration and productivity tools
  • Gather employee feedback about collaboration and productivity tools
  • Analyze data and create reports with recommendations
  • Support change management projects as needed
  • Work with subject matter experts to create end-user communications and documentation
  • Represent the voice of the user and contribute to proactive service improvements

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across both business and technical teams
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online)
  • Video editing skills would be considered an asset
  • You are an Indigenous person - First Nation , Métis , or Inuit (Inuk)
  • You have a high school diploma or grade 12 equivalent
