About the role
- Design and implement new US-wide risk management programs, practices, and processes
- Assess risk and control effectiveness across key operational risks
- Manage Risk rollout of new risk solutions
- Provide technical risk expertise and effective input over U.S.’s operational risk program design
- Maintain strong working relationships with all business partners
- Work directly with various functions to ensure reliable communication and reporting
- Monitor business practices for gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- College degree
- 4+ years of financial service industry experience
- 1 or more years of risk management exposure
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Proven ability to develop strong business relationships
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Ability to develop and execute innovative pragmatic solutions to complex problems
- Successful experience interpreting policy or regulatory requirements
- Solid working knowledge of effective project management
- Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with MS Office products
