About the role
- Overall accountability for leadership of a multifaceted team across Canada and Asia
- Optimizes cost and service delivery through ongoing reviews of the operating model
- Accountable for strategic planning and long-term vision for Wealth Operations
- Responsible for maintaining a best-in-class Advisor experience
- Engage with distribution team on joint initiatives and client servicing

Requirements
- University degree
- 10+ years in the Mutual Fund industry
- Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations
- Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
