About the role
- Support maintenance coordinators and the Maintenance Manager in daily maintenance operations
- Lead maintenance improvement initiatives, including failure analysis and root cause analysis.
- Ensure achievement of maintenance KPIs and preventive maintenance execution
- Develop, implement, and monitor the predictive maintenance plan
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities
- Previous experience in chemical, pharmaceutical or process industries.
- Knowledge of SAP PM Advanced User.
- GMAO (Maximo, Prisma…)
- Fluent level of English Advanced.
