About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for new and existing Data and Technology partners globally
- Develop and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships through performance and service-level assessments
- Coordinate initial reviews of NDAs, DPAs, and MSAs
- Manage communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams
- Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals
- Secure optimal pricing, SLAs, and contract terms
- Act as the operational bridge between internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure smooth partner onboarding and alignment
- Maintain a centralized repository of partner legal, compliance, and commercial documents
- Keep partner documentation organized and up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven professional experience in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations within a fast-paced B2B tech environment
- Strong commercial mindset and experience handling negotiations, optimizing costs, and evaluating vendor offerings
- Excellent legal literacy and understanding of contract structures and service agreements
- Fluency in English at C2 level
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of independence and proactiveness
- Ability to take full ownership of processes and drive them to completion
- Sharp attention to detail with complex documentation and parallel workflows
- Ability to work with partners in different time zones, including APAC and LATAM
- Prior procurement or vendor coordination experience in Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification is nice to have
- Experience working from the buyer’s side is nice to have
- Experience working with Data partners is nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish is nice to have
