About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement comprehensive test plans for mobile applications
Execute test cases on iOS and Android applications according to established test plans
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, XCUITest, and Espresso
Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues
Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Proactively identify potential issues and risks and propose solutions
Stay current with mobile testing technologies and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in software testing, including significant mobile testing experience
Familiarity with mobile testing principles and methodologies
Programming skills such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks
Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
