About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing the DocuSign environment, including template optimization and automated routing rules.
  • Participating in company-wide strategic projects as the operational representative for the Contracts Team.
  • Supporting the implementation and scaling of AI both within DocuSign and other tools.
  • Partnering with data analysts to build and analyze legal dashboards tracking contract metrics.
  • Designing and refining standardized contract templates, playbooks, and frameworks for internal stakeholders.
  • Leading the review, drafting, and negotiation of tech contracts and vendor agreements as needed.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to optimize legal processes and operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.).
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Legal Operations Counsel, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated track record of legal process improvement and optimization of contract lifecycle management.
  • Practical experience in adopting AI-driven tools within legal operations.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology agreements governed primarily by English law.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech companies is a nice to have.
