About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help global clients streamline manual workflows, make faster decisions, and seamlessly report to regulators.
- Drive adoption, find new monetization angles, and translate high-level requests into a stellar product.
- Collaborate on building UI/UX flows and ensuring smooth integration with internal systems.
- Communicate directly with major global enterprises to gather feedback and translate their needs into product requirements.
- Gather context, mediate discussions, and champion product priorities with C-level stakeholders.
- Run processes with two dedicated development teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Mid to Senior Product Manager (3-4+ years), ideally in Fintech, Regtech, or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems is a huge plus.
- Experience with KYC, KYB, or Transaction Monitoring products.
- Hands-on experience in compliance/AML/fraud operations is a strong fit.
- Proficiency in English (fluent, ready for active client-facing calls).
- Active listening and mediation skills.
- Decision-making based on metrics and user data.
- Flexible and stress-tolerant.
