Legal Counsel – Contracts and Counterparty Relations
SumsubLegal Counsel supporting Sumsub's growth in legal matters and optimizing workflows. Reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and collaborating with teams in a fully remote setup.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviewing and risk-based assessment of contracts daily.
- Supporting RFP procedures and customizing contractual terms.
- Drafting and amending contractual templates and internal policies.
- Communicating and negotiating with counterparties and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams for contract review processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M).
- 3+ years of working experience in an international environment.
- Extensive experience in drafting/reviewing/negotiating legal documents in English.
- Experience with B2B SaaS agreements under common law.
- Good knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR.
