Requirements

What you’ll need

Legal degree from an accredited U.S. law school
5 to 7+ years of experience practicing as a commercial or corporate attorney
Solid experience negotiating SaaS and software-related agreements
Good understanding of standard commercial terms
Working knowledge of major data protection and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus
Experience working in-house at a technology, fintech, or regtech company is a plus
