Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing, implementing, and refining contract management processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel
  • Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements governed under English law
  • Proven experience with legal process improvement and contract lifecycle management tools
  • Solid understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR
  • Proactive approach and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech companies, and familiarity with AML/KYC.
