About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
- Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Maintain, update, and audit employee records.
- Ensure the secure management and proper organization of all HR files.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and employment regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate HR reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to design dashboards and system enhancements.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws (at least one EU country is a must).
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects is highly desirable.
