About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
  • Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Maintain, update, and audit employee records.
  • Ensure the secure management and proper organization of all HR files.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate HR reports.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to design dashboards and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws (at least one EU country is a must).
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable).
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects is highly desirable.
