About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across all major global markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth objectives.
  • Supporting high-value deals and negotiations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring sales targets and business KPIs are met.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, and drive sales in key industries.
  • Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Set strategic direction for the new client acquisition.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling AML or Financial Crime products is a must.
  • Deep understanding of the AML/CFT regulated industries, including regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets.
  • Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organisation, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers.
  • Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people.
  • Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
