About the role
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across all major global markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth objectives.
- Supporting high-value deals and negotiations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring sales targets and business KPIs are met.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, and drive sales in key industries.
- Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Set strategic direction for the new client acquisition.
- Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling AML or Financial Crime products is a must.
- Deep understanding of the AML/CFT regulated industries, including regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets.
- Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organisation, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers.
- Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people.
- Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
