What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of reporting/MIS/Data Analyst experience.
BPO experience is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas).
Experience with SQL.
Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
