About the role

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune)
  • Manage Windows device lifecycle including patching, software distribution, and asset tracking
  • Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce device compliance and data protection policies
  • Support BYOD and corporate device enrollment and policy deployment
  • Troubleshoot and optimize endpoint management system performance
  • Travel to client offices when required and provide on-site technical support

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune architecture and features
  • Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting
  • Understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and related technologies
  • Prior experience in enterprise-scale endpoint management preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for work engagements
  • Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MD-102, MS-500)
  • Experience managing cross-platform devices (iOS, Android, macOS)
