About the role
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
- Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, lead nurturing, and social media engagement to generate leads.
- Efficiently qualify leads and schedule appointments for Commercial Account Executives.
- Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their insurance needs and business challenges.
- Work closely with the sales team, particularly Commercial Account Executives, to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot).
Requirements
- Willing to obtain Level 1 license eligible prior to start date of employment
- 2-3 years experience in a sales role preferred
- Passion for Sales
- Persistence and motivation to meet set targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Independent, Self Motivated, Ambitious and Competitive individual able to thrive in a fast pace environment
