About the role

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
  • Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, lead nurturing, and social media engagement to generate leads.
  • Efficiently qualify leads and schedule appointments for Commercial Account Executives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their insurance needs and business challenges.
  • Work closely with the sales team, particularly Commercial Account Executives, to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot).

Requirements

  • Willing to obtain Level 1 license eligible prior to start date of employment
  • 2-3 years experience in a sales role preferred
  • Passion for Sales
  • Persistence and motivation to meet set targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Independent, Self Motivated, Ambitious and Competitive individual able to thrive in a fast pace environment
