About the role
- Lead the development and execution of promotional strategies for HCPs to support the launch and ongoing promotion of oncology products, with a focus on NSCLC
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and advocacy groups
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the oncology space
- Develop and implement educational programs for HCPs to enhance their understanding of the product and its benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide promotional support and ensure alignment with sales strategies
- Manage promotional budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize impact
- Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and make data-driven adjustments
- Travel as needed to support business priorities and engage with key stakeholders
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- Minimum of 10+ years of trade and specialty distribution experience
- Proven experience with buy and bill products and successful commercial launches (minimum of 2 successful launches)
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. oncology healthcare segments and 3PL/specialty distributor landscape experience preferred
- Successful record of achieving and maintaining compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational rules
- Ability to travel to support business priorities
- Prior pharma launch experience
- Experience in designing end-to-end customer experiences across digital, media, and customer support ecosystems
