Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent customer service utilizing our desktop application, Talkdesk
Handle inbound calls regarding shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer service experience is a plus
Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications
ASE Certifications preferred
Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred
