About the role
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions
- Manage quality and consistency of products and service delivery
- Persuade and influence others, develop and deliver presentations
- Create, compose, and edit written materials
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Communicate new product and service opportunities to appropriate company staff
- Coordinate staff to close sales
- Develop special sales activities to reduce stock
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
- Coordination of shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
Requirements
- 5 years related work experience in the performance aftermarket
- Knowledge of fuel systems, ignition systems as well as engine building and tuning is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience
- Must reside in Tennessee.
