- Manage and lead the production department so that all sections operate as one cohesive unit
- Ensure all employees, contractors and visitors follow the environmental, health and safety guidelines
- Lead team development
- Consistently apply appropriate performance management techniques
- Optimize production costs and accomplish cement production with on-time delivery and quality required by customers
- Manage the process department to support, communicate, and coordinate the plant’s needs
- Seek to optimize and bring about continuous improvement
