About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform low-fidelity wireframes and UX concepts into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity user interfaces for complex B2B web applications.
Build advanced, interactive Figma prototypes simulating real-world system behavior for usability testing and business sign-off.
Apply visual design skills to present complex data with clear hierarchy, readability, and minimal cognitive load.
Build, expand, and maintain a centralized UI Component Library and design system across internal products.
Define and document UI states and responsive behaviors.
Create design handoff documentation including redlines, spacing, and interaction guidelines.
Collaborate with Product Owners and developers in agile teams and participate in sprint planning.
Conduct visual QA during development to ensure coded interfaces match approved designs.
Translate complex operational logic into intuitive visual components.
Adapt high-fidelity designs based on technical constraints and UX discovery feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing final visual execution of complex B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy software.
Practical experience contributing heavily to or independently managing a structured design system used by multiple agile teams.
Demonstrated experience handing off complex designs to development teams.
Experience designing adaptable interfaces for multiple distinct user personas.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, variants, and variables.
Deep understanding of atomic design principles and scalable UI component libraries.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy for data-dense interfaces.
Solid understanding of WCAG and inclusive interface design.
Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
Exceptional ability to translate complex operational logic into intuitive visual components.
Meticulous attention to alignment, spacing, and interaction consistency.
Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and negotiating technical trade-offs.
