Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver a positive customer experience at every opportunity to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and principal requirements.
Work proactively to maximize the customer experience.
Establish and maintain formal relationships with principals, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, and service providers to exchange information and perspectives and ensure the company provides the appropriate range and quality of services.
Prepare a daily prospects/operational report for each assigned vessel and submit the report to all stakeholders, including but not limited to the ship’s master, the principal’s operations staff, and other interested or affected parties associated with the port call.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental procedures in accordance with Inchcape’s Quality Management System and Inchcape Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures to deliver the highest service quality to customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years' experience in vessel operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
Team player with a collaborative attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
Excellent spoken and written English
