About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle talent acquisition and staffing for the field
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment program to staff the facility in a timely manner
- Build relationships with local schools, community partners, department leaders, and referral sources
- Maintain accurate internal and external job postings and process candidates in Workday/ATS
- Conduct and schedule interviews and extend job offers
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Pre-screen and submit or schedule qualified applications for hiring supervisors/managers
- Develop advertising and other resources for attracting qualified applicants
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates using recruitment and marketing tools, including social media
- Liaise with colleges and universities regarding clinical internships and job shadowing
- Develop and track recruiting and hiring metrics
- Organize and attend career fairs and recruiting/hiring events
- Collect and compile data and create reports as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field OR High School diploma plus related experience required
- One or more years recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare field
- Knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Workday
- Skills in sales, marketing/advertising and human resources preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers
- Broad knowledge of industry trends within the healthcare market to identify top recruits, forecast opportunities and consult with candidates
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
