Own the strategy and execution of member lifecycle marketing, from awareness to engagement and retention, while developing campaigns that drive meaningful borrower participation.
Partner with Client Success during onboarding to design joint marketing and awareness plans that support client launches and ongoing engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Develop event-based and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Open Enrollment, Financial Wellbeing Month) that increase adoption and visibility.
Create user onboarding flows and engagement touchpoints that minimize funnel drop-off and re-engage lapsed users.
Collaborate with Client Success and Member Success to build scalable playbooks, capture impact through surveys and testimonials, and continuously refine engagement strategies.
Work cross-functionally with Product and Design to align marketing initiatives with product capabilities and user experience improvements.
Craft clear, empathetic, and actionable messaging tailored to diverse borrower needs and demographics.
Build reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, adoption, and borrower outcomes, translating insights into recommendations for internal teams.
Maintain a centralized library of member-facing communications, templates, and resources to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
7+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in lifecycle, member, or engagement marketing roles at a B2B2C or consumer-facing company
Proven record of creating high-performing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
A strong background in segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to improve engagement
Strong experience as a storyteller who can translate complex financial or technical topics into clear, empathetic messaging for everyday users
Experience managing marketing initiatives with complex external stakeholders (employers, municipalities, or large institutions)
Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to refine strategies and measure impact
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
