Recruitment

• Oversee the entire recruitment process with your pool of candidates, from sourcing and screening to shortlisting and interviewing candidates in high volume.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, utilizing social media, direct outreach, partnerships, and other creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Partner with Staffing Team to understand position requirements and successfully fill vacancies.
• Perform reference investigations, and competency assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
• Manage communication with a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for weekly meetings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of applicant and staff information.
• Allocate approximately 70% of your time to outbound calls, candidate screening, and interviews, and 30% to onboarding, administrative tasks, reporting, and internal meetings.
