About the role
- Manage projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization specialists to design efficient and scalable workflows.
- Oversee distributed, multilingual teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and mitigating project risks.
- Ensure high data quality through the implementation of quality control processes and feedback loops.
- Use both internal and external tools to manage data workflows and monitor project performance.
- Maintain client relationships, scoping requirements, prepare reports, and provide regular project updates and recommendations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging accountability and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multilingual teams and working with culturally diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP / AI platforms.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices is a plus.
