About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take ownership of your own areas in a classic AE role (with a strong focus on closing).
  • Prospecting
  • Inbound & outbound sales
  • Lead qualification
  • Demos & deal closing
  • Support at trade shows & events
  • Depending on your experience and our assessment during interviews, you will start as a Senior or experienced Account Executive.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must-haves: You are ready to take responsibility — and you don't expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
  • You enjoy working hands-on, testing, measuring and improving — following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
  • You can get people excited about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive public administration environment.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
