Requirements
What you’ll need- You are ready to take responsibility — and do not expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
- You enjoy working hands-on: you test, measure, and improve — following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
- You can inspire people about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive area of public administration.
- You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- You speak fluent German and good English.
