What you’ll need
  • You are ready to take responsibility — and do not expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
  • You enjoy working hands-on: you test, measure, and improve — following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
  • You can inspire people about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive area of public administration.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
