About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take responsibility for your own areas of work.

  • Inbound and outbound sales
  • Lead qualification
  • Support for trade shows & events
  • Depending on your experience and our assessment in interviews, you will start as a junior or as an experienced SDR.

  • You have a good instinct for people and organizations, can clearly communicate value, and are hungry for growth — both your own and the company's.
  • You're willing to take ownership and don't expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
  • You like to work hands-on, test, measure, and improve — following the Build–Measure–Learn cycle.
  • You can excite people about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive environment of public administration.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
