About the role

  • You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take responsibility for your own areas of work in a Customer Success Management role.
  • Customer onboarding
  • Account management for existing customers
  • Customer support (both subject-matter & technical)
  • Customer lifecycle management (renewals, cancellations, ...)

Requirements

  • You are ready to take responsibility — and don’t expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
  • You enjoy working hands-on: you test, measure and improve, following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
  • You can enthuse people about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive environment of public administration.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • You are prepared to give a lot — because you believe in what you do.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
