About the role
- You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take responsibility for your own areas of work in a Customer Success Management role.
- Customer onboarding
- Account management for existing customers
- Customer support (both subject-matter & technical)
- Customer lifecycle management (renewals, cancellations, ...)
Requirements
- You are ready to take responsibility — and don’t expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
- You enjoy working hands-on: you test, measure and improve, following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
- You can enthuse people about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive environment of public administration.
- You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- You are prepared to give a lot — because you believe in what you do.
- You speak fluent German and good English.
