About the role
- Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and providing a positive experience.
- Make our customers smile and feel motivated to continue with us.
- Perform technical analysis of our products when customer inquiries arise, ensuring accuracy.
- Capture the voice of the customer through market research.
- Participate in cross-departmental discussions and lead product verification activities for reported complaints.
- Conduct field visits to distributors and end customers to collect information.
- Produce technical materials and deliver internal and customer training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – preferably Mechanical or Automotive;
- Intermediate English proficiency;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Strong knowledge of statistics, quality tools, and comfort with calculations and estimations;
- Technical knowledge of tires is a plus.
