About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Integrating scientific expertise with brand strategies for product portfolio success
  • Leading and mentoring the Field MSL organization
  • Monitoring and overseeing KOL engagement and scientific relationships
  • Developing customer-centric strategic regional engagement plans
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Providing clinical resources for commercial training and marketing efforts
  • Collecting and disseminating insights to internal stakeholders
  • Supporting evidence generation through company-led studies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in medical science (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Pharmaceutical field-based experience (e.g. MSL) and/or pharmaceutical industry-related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
  • Knowledge of oncology clinical and therapeutic issues in prostate cancer and hematology
  • Patient care clinical experience in oncology and/or hematology (including sub-specialty) preferred
  • Solid understanding of drug and life-cycle development of a product
  • Ability to work effectively with key decision makers
  • Excellent communicator skilled at diplomacy
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
  • Willingness to travel 50% or greater
