Associate Director, Marketing Analytics – Prostate Cancer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inform and support marketing strategy decision making through in-depth analysis of both primary and secondary data sources
- Lead ad hoc analytics projects in support of the Orgovyx brand team
- Develop and present insights to the Orgovyx brand team, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership
- Track and report on strategic KPIs and supporting diagnostic metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Clinical, Brand, and other supporting teams) to define and prioritize key business questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 – 12 years (without a Master’s) or 6 – 8 years (with a Master’s) of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
- Previous commercial/brand analytics experience preferred (with Statistical Packages such as SAS, R, SPSS, etc)
- Strong knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (i.e., Symphony, IQVIA, MMIT/DRG formulary/market access data)
