About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieving sales goals within primary care and the women’s health therapeutic area.
- Delivering results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Developing and executing an effective business plan aligned to sales strategy.
- Driving market share growth by moving customers along the adoption continuum.
- Analyzing complex data to develop strategic and actionable business plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
- Associate Territory Sales Manager will require 0 - 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and/or relevant experience.
- Territory Sales Manager will require 3 - 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and/or relevant experience.
- Proven, consistent track record of exceeding sales goals in assigned geography or relevant experience.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the payer landscape including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills and be proficient with technology platforms and business hardware/software.
