About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the HR Operations and Employee Relations functions
Build and maintain effective working relationships with the business and the HR team
Assist with implementation and administration of human resources practices and procedures regarding onboarding, pre-employment screenings, new hire orientations, and offboarding activities
Ensure delivery of high-quality HR service and support by providing timely responses to resolve daily issues and inquiries
Guide managers and employees in all areas of employee relations administration
Analyze HR/ER data and metrics for themes and trends and suggest improvements and training
Prepare ad hoc and regular Workday reports on HR operational subjects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
