About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR Operations and Employee Relations functions
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the business and the HR team
- Assist with implementation and administration of human resources practices and procedures regarding onboarding, pre-employment screenings, new hire orientations, and offboarding activities
- Ensure delivery of high-quality HR service and support by providing timely responses to resolve daily issues and inquiries
- Guide managers and employees in all areas of employee relations administration
- Analyze HR/ER data and metrics for themes and trends and suggest improvements and training
- Prepare ad hoc and regular Workday reports on HR operational subjects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
