About the role
- Serve as a liaison between Market Access Commercial Business and IT
- Responsible for delivery and support of technology solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to support Model N and Anaplan applications
- Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a related discipline is required
- Training or equivalent experience in IT or business management is beneficial but not required
- 4+ years of progressively increasing experience managing Commercial applications in a Pharma/Biotech company with a focus on IT system delivery
- 3+ years of experience in Model N powered by Flex SaaS env and Anaplan
- Experience in Production Support including the Software Development Lifecycle and Model N upgrades
