About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business and support functions to provide guidance on policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Prepare management information for senior stakeholders
- Support regulatory inspections and internal audits
- Design and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives
- Lead or support compliance projects and drive continuous improvements
- Work collaboratively within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in banking compliance
- Strong track record in business advisory, product governance, and regulatory engagement
- Experience in Treasury and/or Global Markets compliance is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Proven capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a regional or global organization is advantageous
