About the role
- The role involves leading IAM solutions and cloud cybersecurity initiatives within the Identity and Access Management team for SMBC MANUBANK's digital banking unit.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Okta; architecture planning; ensure compliance with company standards.
- Build IAM offering, policies, and PoCs; testing and rapid deployment; leverage customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent job experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years of Cybersecurity experience specializing in Identity and Access Management
- Proven experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Manager (PAM) tools, with a preference with CyberArc.
- Experience with IGA tools, preferably EntraID
- Development experience required, preferably with Graph API, PowerShell, Python and C#
- Experience with Identity Security solutions, including implementation, configuration, and management.
- Experience in one of the public clouds
- Experience working on Azure AD with experience in Azure AD B2C or OKTA B2C is preferred.
- Experience researching and planning Architecture solutions to support IAM Builds
- Demonstrated work focused on Identity Management (i.e., Account Creation, Account Management, Account Monitoring, etc...)
- Demonstrated work focused on Authentication Management (i.e., SAML, OAuth2.0, OIDC)
- Demonstrated work focused on Authorization Management (i.e., Privileged Access, Role-Based Access Controls, Scoped Permissions, Zero-Trust enforcement, etc...)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective decision making and critical thinking skills.
