About the role
- Support implementation, optimizing, and support of modern workplace ecosystem
- Operationalize designs, support deployments, and improve end-user experience
- Partner with EUC engineer and architecture teams
- Engineer and operate Windows workstation environments
- Support endpoint management platforms
- Perform platform-level performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Document system configurations and engineering processes
- Develop automation, scripts, and tooling
- Monitor endpoint health and escalate risks as needed
Requirements
- 5-7+ years combined experience in Windows end‑user support and engineering
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 endpoint engineering
- Hands-on experience providing tier 2/3 support
- Practical expertise with Intune, MECM/SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools
- Experience managing hybrid‑joined and Entra ID–joined devices
- Demonstrated ability to support and execute vulnerability remediation
- Strong PowerShell or modern automation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create clear runbooks, documentation, and operational procedures
- Experience administering and supporting Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PCs
