About the role

  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and platform teams for enterprise architecture initiatives
  • Gather and document business and data requirements for application lifecycle management
  • Support ServiceNow APM configuration and validation
  • Maintain CSDM-aligned data models
  • Facilitate modeling of Business Services and Service Offerings
  • Develop process documentation for EA governance

Requirements

  • Strong Enterprise Architecture Portfolio Management experience
  • Experience with CSDM concepts and implementation
  • Experience with ServiceNow APM and/or CMDB
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and governance practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Experience aligning tools based on industry standards such as TOGAF, ITIL, etc.
  • Preferred certifications (CSA, CIS)
