About the role

  • Build and operate enterprise risk technology solutions that enable risk analytics, automation, and decision intelligence
  • Design and optimize large-scale data pipelines and risk data products on Azure Databricks
  • Develop SQL and Python services for data handling
  • Industrialize AI and ML models using governed lifecycle controls
  • Partner with Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Product stakeholders
  • Ensure controlled delivery under SDLC controls
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable risk data pipelines
  • Engineer and optimize data ingestion and transformation solutions
  • Build, deploy, and operate AI and ML models for risk analytics
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and front-end teams to deliver user-centered applications
  • Identify and deliver process improvements for risk data processing
  • Communicate architecture and delivery status effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of data engineering or software development experience in financial services
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks and core Azure services
  • Strong programming and database skills: Python, SQL, working knowledge of Oracle and PL-SQL
  • Demonstrated experience building and operating AI and ML solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks MLflow for model tracking
  • Experience designing or implementing prompt-based AI agents
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Modern UI development capability, including React
  • Experience leading development efforts in Agile delivery models
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
