About the role

  • Lead execution of data-driven email, web, and mobile marketing strategies, including automated campaigns, to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Lead campaign planning, including requirements gathering, asset approvals, and ensuring on-time production and quality output for owned channels
  • Build and refine advanced customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content and offers
  • Manage platform functionality, testing and learning, and other channel optimizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Product, Data, and Analytics) to align campaign goals and execution
  • Reporting and analytics in partnership with Analytics teams, providing insights on KPIs and using data to refine strategies
  • Develop and manage operational materials and documentation
  • Serve as back-up to VP, Direct Mail Marketing Manager
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marketing campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven experience in end-to-end B2C email campaign and direct mail execution
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts in a high-volume marketing environment
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools and frameworks
  • Experience with the Braze customer engagement platform (required)
  • Multi-channel marketing execution experience; campaign attribution reporting a plus
  • Proven track record managing large-scale marketing campaigns and leading external vendors
  • Use of data analysis to inform campaign decisions and drive growth
  • Strong problem analysis, critical thinking, project management, decisiveness and judgment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product, legal, compliance, and finance teams for approvals and reporting
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk through adherence to regulations and best practices
  • Experience leading data-driven digital acquisition strategies for Financial Services products
