About the role
- Support the implementation, optimizing, and support of modern workplace ecosystem
- Operationalize designs and support deployments
- Improve the day-to-day experience of end users
- Partner with EUC engineer and architecture teams
- Engineer and operate Windows workstation environments
- Support endpoint management platforms
- Perform platform-level performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with teams across EUC Architecture and Vulnerability Management
- Document system configurations and engineering processes
- Develop automation and tooling to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5-7+ years combined experience in Windows end-user support and engineering
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 endpoint engineering
- Hands-on experience providing tier 2/3 support
- Practical expertise with Intune, MECM/SCCM, or similar tools
- Experience managing hybrid-joined and Entra ID–joined devices
- Demonstrated ability to support and execute vulnerability remediation
- Strong PowerShell or modern automation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create clear runbooks and documentation
- Experience administering and supporting Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PCs
