Play a critical role binding the gap between development and operations
Work closely with software engineering, QA, infrastructure and security teams to design, implement and maintain a robust and scalable CICD solution
Ensure the seamless deployment of applications, while maintaining the highest levels of security, compliance and performance
Delivery CICD Pipeline Management: design, develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines
Infrastructure as Code – Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions
Collaborate with security teams to integrate security best practices
Manage both Cloud based (Azure) and on-premise (OpenShift/VM’s) infrastructure
Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash or similar as required
Work closely with development, QA, security and operations teams
Take part in the DevOps team Rota to monitor alerts across environments
Help to build out the engineering platform that assists in improving developer experience and productivity
Deploy scheduled releases and DR weekend checkouts when required

Requirements

7+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles
Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Solid experience with Azure and OpenShift/VM-based infrastructure
Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks in regulated environments
Strong collaboration skills across engineering, QA, security, and operations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
