About the role
- Execute and take full responsibility of the L&D life-cycle including project design, management of needs analysis, content development and facilitation/roll-out
- Develop and facilitate stand-up and web-based learning programs
- Ensure L&D plan enhances the cultural elements of the business and supports the bank's brand, values and culture
- Remain current about external trends and best practices in training and learning and integrate this knowledge into deliverables
- Manage external vendor relationships, as needed
- Assist in developing and maintaining related statistics and metrics
- Budget management
- Support the development of branding and marketing of learning products and the function overall
- Audit control responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and determine the best way to design, develop and deliver programs
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of specialized experience training development design, implementation and facilitation within an international financial services environment
- experience with SAP or another LMS
- BA / BS required; MA / MS / MBA preferred
- Business fluency in English
- Knowledge of Webex or equivalent systems, and Articulate
