About the role

  • Execute and take full responsibility of the L&D life-cycle including project design, management of needs analysis, content development and facilitation/roll-out
  • Develop and facilitate stand-up and web-based learning programs
  • Ensure L&D plan enhances the cultural elements of the business and supports the bank's brand, values and culture
  • Remain current about external trends and best practices in training and learning and integrate this knowledge into deliverables
  • Manage external vendor relationships, as needed
  • Assist in developing and maintaining related statistics and metrics
  • Budget management
  • Support the development of branding and marketing of learning products and the function overall
  • Audit control responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and determine the best way to design, develop and deliver programs

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of specialized experience training development design, implementation and facilitation within an international financial services environment
  • experience with SAP or another LMS
  • BA / BS required; MA / MS / MBA preferred
  • Business fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Webex or equivalent systems, and Articulate
