About the role
- Provide high-end quality customer service to end-users located in North America and EMEA
- Assist with IT related issues and queries
- Participate in daily administrative tasks
- Support Major Incident process
- Manage IT Support ticket queues through resolution
- Prepare and update Knowledge Articles as required
