About the role
- Overseeing and leading the delivery of services as part of the Shared Service Delivery Program

Requirements
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices
- Proficiency in ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers and ensure their needs are met
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders and achieve common goals
- BA/BS in Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in managing shared services or similar roles
- Technical proficiency in relevant technologies
