About the role
- Support management of planning and execution of project deliverables.
- Facilitate working groups to support project efforts.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts to team members.
- Support delivery of key Finance programs, managing project artifacts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Execute business analyst responsibilities to perform critical analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in change/project management, financial services or related experience.
- Strong understanding of change/project management methodologies and approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build and manage relationships.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to prioritize efforts across multiple projects.
- Collaborative ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications.
